Network of Opportunities Abound Here (NOAH) is a faith-based community organization that has served, low and moderate income individuals achieve a better understanding on how to manage their money. We have served individuals through financial literacy and employment training classes.
What NOAH has found to be true is that the individuals that we serve do not care how much you know until I know how much you care. A number of individuals have taken small steps on the pathway to self-sufficiency. For example: individuals have opened "new" checking accounts, first time savings accounts, first time contributors to retirement plan, using a budget to help manage their money, first time set short term financial goals and objectives.
